Capture leads

Meeting people is the easy part. Lynqu makes sure everyone you meet becomes a contact you can act on.

In the mobile app, open Scan and point the camera at:

  • a paper business card
  • an event badge
  • a QR code

The scan uploads in the background and AI extracts the person’s details — you can keep scanning. Each scan appears in your network within moments, marked until processing finishes. If a scan fails, the row says so and you can retry.

Scanned contacts get a ready-to-share Lynqu card automatically, and on team plans they can flow straight into your organization’s lead pipeline.

On AI plans you can enrich a contact: Lynqu looks up public professional details (company, role, social profiles) and shows you the findings first — nothing is saved until you confirm, and enrichment only ever fills fields that are empty. Monthly enrichment quota depends on your plan.

When someone opens your card they can share their details back through the built-in exchange form — those land in your network too, tagged with the card that captured them.
