Billing, add-ons & limits

Organizations run on Business (optionally with AI) or Enterprise. Billing is per seat; add or remove members and the subscription follows.

Expand a plan without changing tiers (Organization → Billing → Add-ons):

  • Feature modules — analytics, custom domain, white label, CRM sync, priority support, advanced booking, and more; flat monthly price each.
  • Credit packs — one-time AI scan or enrichment credits, consumed after your plan’s monthly allowance.
  • Capacity — extra storage blocks and card slots.
  • Power-Up bundle — a discounted bundle of the popular modules plus monthly credits.

The billing page leads with live usage meters (seats, storage, cards, AI quotas). When something runs out you choose the policy:

  • Auto-expand off (default): the action blocks with a clear “limit reached” message and an admin CTA.
  • Auto-expand on: Lynqu provisions the smallest unit that unblocks you (a seat, a storage block, a credit top-up), bills it next cycle, and records it — inbox notification, owner email, and a visible expansion history. Hard caps still apply; trials never auto-expand.

Web subscriptions run on Stripe with multi-currency support. Invoices, payment methods, and cancellation live in the billing portal.
