Files

Files is your organization’s shared asset library: decks, price sheets, brand videos, one-pagers — anything your team reuses. It is separate from documents attached to a single lead or employee, which stay with that record.

Files are included on every plan. They count toward your organization’s storage quota, which you can see on the billing page.

Files live in folders up to four levels deep. Upload limits are 100 MB for audio and video, 25 MB for everything else.

Members can browse and download. Managers and admins can upload, rename, move and delete.

By default a file is visible to your whole organization. You can narrow it to specific departments or people, and anything inside a narrowed folder inherits that restriction unless you set its own.

Access is checked against live membership, so removing someone from a department or from the organization removes their access immediately — there is nothing to clean up.

Generate a share link and send it to anyone — no Lynqu account needed. Links can be revoked at any time, after which they stop working immediately rather than expiring on a timer you have to remember.

Only org-wide files can be shared publicly.

Follow-up and booking email templates can carry up to 5 attachments.

When a message is created, Lynqu snapshots the attachment list — so editing or deleting a file later never changes an email that has already gone out. Small attachments (under 5 MB) are attached directly; larger ones are sent as a download link, keeping messages deliverable.

The iOS and Android apps let you browse, search and download files. Uploading is web-only.
