Campaigns
Section titled “Campaigns”A campaign bundles an initiative: members, budget, goals (15+ metric types,
from leads captured to revenue), an optional follow-up template, and an
auto-generated capture URL (/c/{token}) with a public form you can put
behind any QR code or ad.
Campaign detail shows funnel performance against goals in real time.
Events
Section titled “Events”Events model where you actually meet people — a conference, a booth day, a
demo evening. They can be time-bound or open-ended, roll up to a campaign, and
attribute every lead captured while they run. Lifecycle:
draft → active → archived, with explicit close for open-ended events.
Capture forms
Section titled “Capture forms”Each campaign’s public form is configurable (fields, qualifiers, consent) and works standalone — no Lynqu account needed by the person filling it. Stats (views, submissions, conversion) live on the campaign.
Follow-up templates & automation
Section titled “Follow-up templates & automation”Build HTML email templates with merge tokens (name, company, event…), then:
- send one-off follow-ups from any lead,
- attach a template to a campaign or event so new leads get it automatically,
- or drive sending from workflow automation rules.
All sending is compliance-managed (unsubscribe links, suppression) — members can’t accidentally spam.
