Email styles
Email styles control how your organization’s outgoing email looks — logo, colours, fonts, button shape, footer. They apply to follow-ups, booking emails, quotes and event tickets.
Included on every plan. Find them in Settings → Email styles.
What you can set
Section titled “What you can set”| Setting | Notes |
|---|---|
| Logo | Uploaded image, shown in the email header |
| Header, background, card and text colours | |
| Accent / button colour | |
| Font | Chosen from a list of email-safe stacks |
| Corner radius and spacing | Within sensible bounds |
| Footer text |
Everything is a fixed setting rather than free-form HTML or CSS. That is deliberate: inboxes render email very inconsistently, and hand-written styling is the fastest way to make mail unreadable in Outlook or on a phone.
You can create up to 10 styles. The first one you create becomes the default.
Choosing which style is used
Section titled “Choosing which style is used”- A style set on the specific email template, if there is one
- Otherwise your organization’s default style
- Otherwise Lynqu’s standard design
Templates can each point at a different style — for example a formal style for quotes and a lighter one for event follow-ups.
Preview
Section titled “Preview”The preview shows the real email document, generated by the same code that sends it, so what you see is what your recipient gets. Preview updates as you edit, before you save.
Personal cards
Section titled “Personal cards”Emails from a personal (non-organization) card always use Lynqu’s standard design. Email styles are an organization feature.
What styling does not change
Section titled “What styling does not change”Only the appearance changes. The wording of an already-sent message, its attachments, and its compliance footer are fixed at the moment it was sent — so rebranding today never alters what a customer received last month. See Messages.
