Analytics & dashboards

Organization → Analytics (analytics add-on) covers the whole funnel: card views and exchanges, leads by source and stage, campaign performance, revenue and win rates, member leaderboards — each tab filterable by time window, member, and department.

The Dashboards tab lets managers compose custom chart dashboards from the metric catalogue: stat tiles, line/bar trends, stage and source donuts, funnels, and member leaderboards, on a drag-and-drop grid. Up to 5 dashboards of 12 widgets each, shared org-wide; members can view them without any other analytics access.

Set goals at two levels:

  • Campaign goals — targets on any campaign metric, tracked live on the campaign.
  • Employee goals (advanced user management add-on) — monthly, quarterly, or custom-period targets per member (leads captured, deals won, revenue, win rate…), rolled into a per-member scorecard alongside documents and card stats.

Anything you see is also reachable programmatically — dashboards and metric data via the AI assistant, lead data via the REST API.
