Leads & pipelines
Organization → Leads is the team’s shared pipeline: every lead captured by any member’s card, scan, or capture form, in one kanban.
Pipelines and stages
Section titled “Pipelines and stages”Each organization has a default pipeline; create more for distinct workstreams. Stages are fully customizable, with optional won/lost markers that drive win-rate metrics. Drag leads between stages or update them from a lead’s detail panel.
Lead detail
Section titled “Lead detail”Every lead carries contact info, source attribution (which card, campaign, or event captured it), an activity timeline, notes and documents, score and temperature, and scheduled contact points (follow-up tasks with due dates and priorities).
Scoring
Section titled “Scoring”Define scoring rules (“visited pricing page +10”, “enterprise domain +25”) and Lynqu keeps every lead’s score and temperature current, so reps work the warmest leads first.
Duplicates & merge
Section titled “Duplicates & merge”Lynqu detects likely duplicates (same email, phone, or a strong name match) as leads arrive and queues them under the manager-only Duplicates tab. Merging keeps the stronger record, fills its empty fields from the other, reparents all activity, notes, and documents, and leaves an audit trail. Dismissed pairs never resurface.
Saved views
Section titled “Saved views”Save any combination of tab, filters, view mode, and sort as a named view — personal, or shared with the whole org (manager+). Your last-applied view reloads automatically.
My Tasks
Section titled “My Tasks”Organization → Tasks aggregates every open contact point across your leads: overdue, due today, due this week. Managers can switch scope to a team member or the whole team. A daily digest notifies members who have tasks due.
