Messages
Messages is a single outbox for everything your organization has emailed to leads and customers — automated follow-ups, hand-written messages, agent and integration sends, booking confirmations and quotes — in one list, in one order.
Included on every plan.
What’s in the list
Section titled “What’s in the list”| Source | Examples |
|---|---|
| Follow-ups | Template sequences, manual sends, integration and API sends |
| Booking | Confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations |
| Quotes | Quote emails sent to a customer |
| Tickets | Event entry tickets |
Every row shows who it went to, who sent it, when, and its delivery state.
Who sees what
Section titled “Who sees what”- Employees see the messages they sent.
- Managers see their own plus their departments’.
- Admins see everything.
Opening a message applies the same permission as the lead it belongs to — if you cannot see the lead, you cannot read the message.
Reading a message
Section titled “Reading a message”The detail view shows the email as it was actually delivered: the wording, the branding, and the attachments that were on it at the time. Later edits to a template or an email style never rewrite history.
Composing a message
Section titled “Composing a message”The Compose tab sends a one-off email to a lead, with or without a template. It goes through exactly the same rules as an automated send:
- opt-out and unsubscribe are honoured
- the required sender identity and physical address footer are attached
- the frequency cap applies
- opens and clicks are tracked the same way
There is no side door — every message your organization sends follows the same compliance path.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”Messages are kept for a fixed window and then pruned. The list and the detail view share the same window, so nothing appears in one and not the other.
