Overview & roles

Lynqu Business and Enterprise turn individual networking into a team lead engine: shared pipelines, campaigns, events, analytics, and centralized brand control — everything under lynqu.com → Organization.

Role Can
Admin Everything: billing, members, settings, integrations, all data
Manager Team data in their departments: leads, campaigns, events, pipelines, automation
Employee Their own cards, leads assigned to them, their tasks and performance

Managers see the departments they manage plus themselves; employees see themselves. Every surface — web, mobile, AI assistant, and the developer API — enforces the same matrix.

  • Overview — daily snapshot: recent activity, tasks due, pipeline health.
  • Leads — the shared pipeline. See Leads & pipelines.
  • Campaigns / Events — initiatives and where you meet people.
  • Booking — team scheduling, plus the booking-requests queue.
  • Analytics — metrics, goals, and configurable dashboards.
  • Members — people, roles, departments, invites.
  • Settings — branding, field policies, domains, integrations, billing.
  1. Create the organization and pick a plan.
  2. Set up brand kits and field policies so every member card stays on-brand.
  3. Invite members (Members & access) — or claim your email domain so colleagues can request to join with one click.
  4. Create your pipeline stages and first campaign.
  5. Optionally connect your CRM, SSO, and the AI assistant.

AI Studio (Business + AI / Enterprise) can do steps 4–5 as guided one-click recipes — from a single “conference season” setup to full department sales pods.
