Booking
Booking puts “grab time with me” on every member card and gives the org one place to run scheduling.
Per card: availability rules (weekly hours, exceptions, buffers), bookable services (duration, location/virtual, description), and email templates for confirmations and reminders.
The booking flow
Section titled “The booking flow”Visitors pick a service and a slot on the card’s booking page. Depending on configuration, bookings confirm instantly or land as requests for a manager to approve — the requests queue lives on Organization → Booking → Requests, with a pending-count badge.
Attendance & no-shows
Section titled “Attendance & no-shows”Appointments track attendance; marking a no-show can trigger an automation rule (e.g. a “sorry we missed you” follow-up — see Automation).
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”Customers get confirmation and reminder emails automatically, using your templates and branding.
